How to apply?

  • The application may be made orally or in writing. However you should make a written request.
  • The header of the company should be visible on the fax received or on the letterhead used.
  • Proof of identification may be required.

What should you indicate on your application?

  • your name
  • address
  • your phone number
  • the subject of your request
  • the list of documents requested
  • the reason for this request

How long can it take before getting a response from the municipality?
In response to a request, the law grants a period of 20 calendar days of receipt of the request to any organization. However, the municipality is entitled to an extension of 10 calendar days. In this case, we will take care to advise you of this deadline extension.
